7 Fats for Healthy Guts

Remember the Fat-Free craze in the 90s? Sadly, I was an active participant in eating only Fat-Free Foods. 
Today, we know fat is a required staple in our diet. Jordan and Steve from SCD Lifestyle always share great advice for a healthy gut!
