Let’s talk about Bone Broth! We talked about Collagen. Bone Broth is full of Collagen! And, it is cold and flu season, this is the best time of year to consume Bone Broth. Chris Kresser L.Ac wrote a terrific article on the “Bountiful Benefits of Bone Broth” where he calls it “a nutrient gold mine.” The article is long but I think you will really enjoy reading about the benefits. I am confident the article will convince you of Bone Broth’s magical powers. 😉 😎
It is magical! I try to consume at least a little every day.
My favorite way is breakfast: saute up a little leftover meat or breakfast sausage along with a ton of veggies. When they are cooked to my liking, I add Bone Broth. Some days, it becomes soup and some days, it is just a little to soak into the veggies. Add an egg on top (scrambled, sunny side up, whatever). Put it on top of raw greens and yum! (If I feel that it is a little dry, I will add a dressing on top too.) Tomorrow, I will take a picture and post.
Do you consume Bone Broth? If so, how do you incorporate it into your diet?
