I have worked with Ali for over a year now and it has been beyond eye opening, enjoyable, and truly a gift! Ali is SO easy to talk to. She wants to hear everything about how you feel, your day to day life, your diet, and even the awkward things, like your bowel movements! I love talking to her, because she is so interested in everything you have to say. Then, she sends you the most thorough summary of your discussion, as well as what to focus on and work on. I love this part, because I have a hard copy for myself as well as others to share.
While working with Ali, I also see a naturopathic doctor. Ali's action steps, thoughts, and processes align exactly with my doctor. I was so impressed to see all that she has recommended and considered with my body is the same as his.

I was just diagnosed with MS, my head was spinning as I tried to figure out what it all meant. I learned that diet was going to be a key driver to my health. Working with Ali became the first step in gaining confidence in my wellness. Her intelligence and knowledge on food and how it affects the body helped me better understand the importance of eating well. The added bonus was her positive energy and her belief in a thoughtful eating plan gave me the reassurance that I was going to be better than I was before.
I met with Ali because I was curious. I was turning 50 and was in decent health, but thought that it was time to look into things a bit deeper and address any issues before it got too late.
I felt like I had a pretty decent grasp on how to eat healthily and stay fit. But what I didn't know were the specifics and all the little things that I could do to help bolster my wellness. Happily, after she looked at my various blood work and tests, turns out I was in good health.
What I learned was that I didn't need to make any drastic changes, but changing up a few things here and there would benefit my health greatly. Who knew that Magnesium might help me sleep better at night? Or that Coconut Oil can be used in baked goods?
