We begin with YOUR STORY.
It would be hard to make health improvements without understanding YOUR story. Two people can have the same diagnosis but they each have their own story that brought them to their health today. We are going to dive deep into YOUR history, examine YOUR root causes and understand YOUR current daily life commitments so that we make a plan for changes that work for YOU.

After our initial meetings learning about YOU, we will set goals together and you will be presented with an outline of YOUR plan moving forward so you have a complete understanding of how and why YOU are taking each step forward.
You have the opportunity to order functional labs to support our understanding of YOUR BODY functions. Some of these labs include:
MicroNutrient Levels (I’m eating well but am I absorbing each vitamin, each mineral, every electrolytes and what about the amino acids and fatty acids?)
