We are a pretty cool club! Many of us have an autoimmune condition (but not all of us). Many of us are over the age of 40 (but not all of us, every age wants to improve their longevity , right?) We are just like you, we are moms (and dads), sisters (and bothers), friends, and spouses. We have a lot to manage, right? Our families and our friends need US to be healthy and thriving for a long time. As a result, our own health takes a back seat. BUT NO LONGER! It is time to be in the driver’s seat of our health. Inside Aging Well with Ali, we tackle our health together from all angles. This is not complicated. It is not meant to add stress. We created this group to be exactly how we want to walk through our journey to longevity wellness. We do it together. We are a community of like-minded women (and men are invited to join our warm, supportive community also). It is methodical, not rushed and very thorough. Through functional testing and personal evaluations, each woman (and man) will write her personalized wellness manual for easy and fabulous health.
